We, The Kent Hamper Company Ltd, take great care to ensure that every hamper is beautifully presented and arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return policy below.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your hamper, or any item within, arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong hamper or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for the correct hamper or item to be delivered.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products - many of which are perishable - we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items or change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Personalised & Bespoke Hampers

Where adjustments are made in the case of personalised or bespoke hampers we are unable to accept returns unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before dispatch - a full refund will be issued.

After dispatch - unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund once the hamper has left our premises.
